About the role:
In the role of Head of People for one of our business areas, you have a key position within HR, which means both strategic and operational work at the business area level and to some extent also at the group level. You will be part of the business area management and have close dialogue with the business area managers to drive the strategic people agenda within the business area. This includes setting clear goals and strategies for, among other things, recruitment, succession planning, compensation & benefits and people development.
At group level, you will also be a process owner for one of the company's specific competence areas within HR and thereby be responsible for running various group-wide HR projects.
Examples of tasks:
• Be part of the business area management, which means setting the strategy for the business area together with the rest of the management team.
• Support the business area manager and other managers within the business area in strategic matters linked to, for example, succession planning and leadership development.
• Together with recruiting managers, project lead recruitments of Managing Directors and other leadership roles for the companies within the business area, as well as work with the onboarding of key people.
• Develop compensation & benefits within the business area.
• Develop, monitor and analyse People KPIs to ensure that the business area achieves its goals.
• Project lead and coordinate value-creating HR networks within the business area for HR specialists in the business area's companies.
Requirements for experience/specific skills:
• At least 7 years of experience in one or more senior business-related HR roles, preferably with a particular emphasis in recruitment and/or compensation & benefits.
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead other senior leaders.
• Experience from an international environment.
• Experience in acquisition processes and/or process development is advantageous.
• Full English working proficency, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

• Perceptive, communicative, and strong collaborative skills.
